WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

For those who get a multi-item order, each item may be sent from the a distinct global warehouse, based on which one has them accessible the fastest. Alternately, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we may send your items at different times, in various packages, to avoid holding up your purchase and to get it to you as quickly as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are sent out directly from some of our many national & worldwide warehouses and they’ll do whatever they can to get you your order as quickly as they can! Because of the popularity of our offerings, please let an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive at the USA (changes from product to product). Other nations can take an estimated 1-6 months (varies from product to product) because of space traveling and customs. Please be aware, that because of the intense popularity of our offerings, these are just estimates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All our orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. When an order becomes stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the shipping process, we apologize! The postal service is outside of our control. However, in cases such as this, because the packages are insured, we’ll send you a new bundle with faster shipping and complete tracking, if at all possible.
